teamspace online service - pricing and conditions
The following prices and conditions apply to our Online Service offers.
They will be applied for all new teams and team extensions from
the 1st January 2010. All our products and services are addressed
towards corporate customers. All prices mentioned are net prices.
With our new teamspace standard we offer you better conditions to use your document management in an optimal way. If you do not want to work with the teamspace archive, we offer you the possibility to use teamspace light.

Billing cycle and discounts
The billing cycle for a team can be chosen between 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months.
From a billing cycle of 3 month, we will grant you discounts for all coming licence fees of a team.

Upgrades
You can upgrade your team at any time and the new functions and capabilities will be available immediately.
Cancellation Period
You can cancel your license by providing notice 30 days prior to the end of a billing period. The license costs are paid at the beginning of a billing period.
Value Added Tax
You can enter your VAT number when licensing your team.
In compliance with the European VAT regulations, the teamspace service falls under article 9.2.e of directive 6 regarding VAT. The client is liable for VAT in their home country for these services.
Therefore, you will not have VAT added to your invoice if you are VAT registered (i.e. assuming you have a VAT number) and you are not assessed in Germany. If you don't have a VAT number and your company's headquater is in the european union, the invoiced costs occur including the German VAT.
